About

My passion lies in harnessing innovative thinking, rigorous research, and human-centred design to transform complex challenges into strategic opportunities that empower organisations to embrace the future. Fuelled by a deep curiosity about technology and human behaviour, my journey into innovation was ignited during my Master’s research in Organisational Psychology on algorithm aversion. I create value by fusing data-driven insights with a people-first approach, ensuring that every initiative not only meets strategic objectives but also enriches the human experience. For me, strategy isn’t just about the next big idea - it’s about crafting sustainable, innovative solutions that prepare businesses for a rapidly evolving digital future.

Experience

Before joining Road to Amherst, Yenti spent four years at Capgemini in Australia, where she led large-scale technology transformations. While completing her Master’s in Organisational Psychology she worked with Commonwealth Bank to reimagine complex service journeys through a behavioural and research-led lens. This led to her transition to Frog Design (part of Capgemini Invent), where she focused on embedding research and human insight into strategic technology initiatives, laying the groundwork for her current focus in AI strategy.

Yenti graduated with High Distinction in her BA Hons Psychology from the University of New South Wales, bolstered by a research publication on the enduring impact of attentional capture by signals of reward. She further enhanced her academic and practical expertise with a Master’s in Organisational Psychology from Macquarie University, where her thesis examined the psychological driver of numerical literacy on AI resistance.
